Winter Fishing Special

Daily Guide Rate NZ$600.00 for 1 or 2 anglers, May – September Only, Bring your own lunch & refreshments.

Some of the best weather and sea conditions are over winter and spring when we often get long periods of fine, sunny, and settled weather. The days may be short, but the fishing action can be good for blue cod, tarakihi, kahawai, gurnard, barracouta etc. Best of all, you’ll likely have the whole Bay to yourself.

This fishing special runs May, June, July, August, and September, subject to guiding availability. Meet us at a pre-arranged location or we can do pick-up and drop-off from any Nelson City accommodation.

We’ll supply our commercially registered boat, with all safety and fishing gear. We can even supply breathable goretex waders to make sure you stay toasty warm and dry.

This special does not include lunch, so bring your own snacks and refreshments. Pick a nice day and let’s go!
